How does portable storage work?

Once you contact our office, we can deliver the moving storage pod to you in as little as 24 hours. We’ll leave it there for as long as you need, allowing you to move and pack at your own pace. Give us a call once you’re ready, and we’ll either deliver the space to a new destination or store it in our secure warehouse, where you’ll be able to access it during our office hours.


What are your office hours?

We’re available from 8a.m to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. If you call or visit us during this time, you’ll speak with a helpful professional. These are also the times you’re welcome to visit your portable unit.


How long do I have to rent the unit?

We require a minimum of 30 days of renting. Beyond that, you can utilize our services for as long or as short as you’d like.


Where is my portable pod stored?

Our secure facility is located on Caboose Place in Sanford, Florida. Surveillance cameras monitor our property, so you can rest assured that your belongings are at least as safe with us as they would be at your home or office.


How soon can I have a unit delivered?

In some cases, we can deliver your unit to you on the same day. For your own planning purposes, we recommend that you give 24 to 48 hours of notice. We will certainly be able to assist you within that timeframe.


How much time do I have to load my unit?

We’re flexible. In nearly every scenario, customers have had as much time as they’d like to load up their unit before we deliver it back to our property.


Do I need to be home when my unit is delivered?

We do prefer that someone is present at the time of delivery. If you aren’t able to make it, you may want to ask a trusted friend or family member to receive the unit for you. We recommend this for your safety and the protection of your belongings.


Do I need a lock?

Yes, we require that you use a lock so that you’re the only one that has access to your goods. That means that, even when the pod is delivered to our warehouse, we won’t have the ability access it – only you do!


Can I stop by your facility to access my unit?

Certainly. If you call in advance (24 to 48 hours), we can have everything ready for you when you get here. You can visit your unit as regularly as you need.


How can I pay my rent?

We accept cash, credit cards, or money orders. Acceptable credit cards include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
